Default Help, won't start

Have a KLX125 that sat in the garage for a few months (about 6) it started without problem at the time. Now, just took it out and the kickstart won't even move. Before I start disassembling the bike any suggestions or anyone experience a problem like this?

Default RE: Help, won't start

I cant say that Ive had that happen, but have an idea or two. First I would try dousing the kickstarter with wd-40. If you're sure the kickstarter isn't bound or frozen, next thing I'd try is to pour a small amount of Marvel Mystery oil down the spark plug hole and allow it to sit for an hour or so and soak. Try to kick it after its sat with the oil in there. If it doesn't break free then, Id say you may have to pull the head to find problem. Ive always heard to pour a small amount of oil into the cylinder and kick it over a few times with no spark wire if you are going to store the bike for a while.
