I've done a couple searches for a gear positin indicator and only come up with one called the Datatool Digi, but it is in UK, here it is

eBay is a good source too... Gear Indicator or you can go to this link and get it too 58cycle

58cycle is a good place with great prices.. I know they have gear indicators at tricktape.com too..
