Default Gauges

Quick question guys I just replaced my gauge cluster on my 89 750 Vulcan I bought two weeks ago, the last owner for some reason removed the tach and speedo. When I put them on yesterday I have a leftover connector, 3 connectors, 9 pin, connected 6 pin, connected and a 4 pin that I can't find a connection for. I have a Clymers for the bike but it doesn't help here,I didn't see any cut or taped up wires either. any Ideas???????????????????????????[]

I have not worked on this bike before, so I would have to look at the fiche to get a better idea then.
