Hey People,

I have just changed my fork seals on my 94 EL 250 as one was just starting to leak a little, and now after the change both sides are leaking a lot!!!.. I followed the repair manual procedure exactly so they should be ok... I was told by Kawasaki to put 219 ml of 10 grade fork oil which is what i did as well.... I also used genuine kawa fork seals...

Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? OR is there some unwritten steps that I missed?

I am now wishin I never touched the bloody things!!!

Any advice would be appreciated...

get new seals and try not to score them during the install. orr take it to a shop, not the bike but just the fork legs, its cheaper like that.
