I would say modify what you have. As in getting the correct springs for your weight, the correct fluid, viscosity, and amount, etc. Nothing too high dollar there and basically stock most of the time.

so if i am 6 foot tall and a hundred seventy five pounds wat would be the correct spring wieght or is it up to me ...?

I am not sure what spring would be the best on a dirt ride. Check out spring manufacturers for your ride and they will be listed.
