hi i have an '04250.my bike was working fine two days ago and yesterday as i put the bike into first gear, it shut off. when i hold the clutch down, it stays on but as soon as i start to let go of the cluth, it shuts off.i was wondering if it had to do with the kickstand sensor, andhow would i fix it? is the amount of oil relevant to this problem?

 

Sounds like it's all in your kickstand safety switch. You could try and bypass it. Just connect the wires at the switch together. I bet it would fix the problem. If it were me, I'd just buy a new switch.

 

Now break it down in terms that you can understand( you just gave yourself the answer). Look in your manual. Look under the clutch section and the clutch safety switch.
