I have just recently installed a new clutch pak steels,springs and friction plates. when i was riding last year my clutch completely dropped and i had nothing. Now i went and replaced it but have no clutch action. I can see that the pressure plate is releasing but i have no clutch. I will pull the lever and put it into gear with engine off and it will go in but pop right back out. Do you think it is just a freeplay issue. HELP?

 

check in the troubleshooting section in your manual. There are a few things that could be happening. Or check the pdf manuals listed in the General Discussion area. Good luck
