Default 95 ZX 600 E3 - Wiring Diagram Question

I recently purchased a 95 ninja 600 and was going through it, i noticed a couple of unconnected wires near my battery.

The wiring diagram i have says that these wires are for the 'EAL'. i couldn't find the EAL in the manual's glossary or with a web search.

What is the EAL? shouls i be concerned that my bike doesn't have one?

I'm thinking it might be an external code reader or something like that, i have no idea.

The bike runs and rides just fine the way it is, so I'm just asking for peace of mind.

Thanks alot!!

umm. it could be? not sure at all. the diagram has it labeled EAL... that's where my knowledge and understanding stop. the wires do have terminals already.. so you may be right.

thanks for the welcome!

EAL= Electrical Accessory Leads

The ZX 7's P models have the same. Welcome to KF
