Has youre bike been sitting for awhile? If so how long? Or did it quit while you were riding?

Do you mean the plugs have no spark, or the motor won't hit at all?

pull the carb rack, do a thorough cleaning since you ran out of gas. Check the synch afterwards just to make sure. Careful on the either, it will damage/wash away oil from the cylinders.

Sounds like you're carbs are stopped up. I've seen it happen in as little as a month. Make sure you take the pilot jet out of each one, hold it up to a light and make sure you can see through it, if not use a bristle from a wire brush to open the jet back up. If you can, blow compressed air through the carb body where you took the pilot jet out
