since the relays on the zx7's were **** poor weak, check there since you bypassed that and proved that the starter worked direct for testing.

Thanks for that! Ill see if I can get one on fleabay.Its a bit of a nightmare sorting old wiring as someone over the years has removed the sidestand cutout switch etc.
