hello everyone. I have a 2011 kawasaki mule 4010 that is giving me issues. it started when my DFI light came on when starting it one day. it then went off for a little bit ut now just stays on and it has no power.
i can take the front spark plug off and it dies. i bought new coil packs, plugs, and wires. switched them and still nothing. it seems that the rear cylinder is getting a signal from the front but it is not firing the spark plug.
the weirdest part is that i can unplug black box under the dash (part# 21175-7501 ignitor box), the mule stays running the same. shouldnt it die immediately? is this black box under the dash called the ECU?
also, what is the electric box under the seat on drivers side (part# 21175-0332 electron control unit)? Im confused, which one is the actual ECU computer? im thinking my problem lies with one of these parts.

I’m having same issues on our bike. We can’t get dfi light to go off. We have replaced ECU and both coils but still having trouble. Please help
