Mule 4010 No Power Uphill, or in the flats
Ok, so first, I have 8 of these machines that are vacation rentals for a Tropical Island in the Pacific. Parts are a boat or Plane ride away so its important to get it right the first time. 2 Days ago this machine was fine! Daily there are adjustments here and there because of the high Humidity and Salty atmosphere but for the most part outside of basic issues like brakes and bearings and stuff no big problems. Today I got on this machine and noticed right away it felt like it was running on only the rear cylinder. I say this because the pipe off the front was a lot cooler than the rear. Checked for spark and there was Spark, a little weak. Ok , checked for Fuel injectors firing, when removing the plug on the forward cylinder there is no change in the engine idle at all. I remove the valve cover and the forward cylinder is firing. The valves seem to be working but there is heavy pressure from the Crankcase, oil spray etc... Ive been playing with this all day, Im tired and could use some feedback. I removed the whole top end to inspect for head gasket problem and sticky valves but looks fine.
