Exclamation 2009 Ninja 650R Won't Start - Please Help

2009 Ninja 650R Won't Start. 12,000 miles, oil changes every 3000, well maintained. The bike starts for a split second then cuts right back off. I replaced the fuel pump thinking that was what it was, but no dice. Can smell fuel from the exhaust when start attempt is made. Checked all the fuses, they're fine. Battery seems to be fine. Spark plugs were replaced about 1000 miles ago. Air filter was cleaned at same time as spark plugs. Ambient temperature makes no difference, does the same thing in 30 degree as 70 degree weather. Video below, any ideas? Thanks a lot!

Did you get it working :?

Check the hose that's going from the fuel tank to the carbs, it might be twisted or bent or clogged. Use the choke when you start it up and give it a bit of gas like 2-4 mm off the throttle. When it starts with the choke give it some more gas and get it warm a bit. That should get you going. Also check the electrical system, (i.e spark plugs and wires, if you've driven it during the winter the spark plugs might be covered in salt give them a clean)

Edit*

I see you got it working. Never would have thought to look for a sensor preventing a start up
The bikes I've had didn't have any fancy sensors
Anyways glad you got it running.
