Default 2005 Prairie 700 no 4wd!

I just recently purchased a 2005 prairie 700 for 800 bucks. The catch is that there is no front axles or driveshaft. Just the transfer case. Looking through the brand new parts online i found immediately that it wasnt worth it to me to install the 4wd. I now looked on EBAY and found axles and drive shafts for under 100 bucks making it seem affordable. My question to whom wants to help me out is exactly what i am going to need, down to the gears, to nut and bolt. I try and search on sites that have the components for sale but i just cant figure it out. If somebody could shoot me a list of what actually goes inside that pumpkin from the seals, or gaskets, or bearings, whatever it may be. Thank you for your help!!

Welcome to KF

This repair will require a service manual and some special tools.

http://www.powersportsplus.com/image...1167/E3136.png Here is a parts fiche I think is what you will need, but look around at the other parts break downs. Unless there is a DIY with pictures listed in here, I am not sure on where else to go except to continue searching the internet.

Get that service manual, look in our General Motorcycle Discussion area for a download, or again, hit up the .net.

Good Luck with this endeavor. You could always take it to your favorite mechanic too.
