2003 Mule 3010 Fuel problem
I am only getting 5.3 volts to the pump when the key is on. Will go up to 6.5 volts when cranking, Has a new fuel pump relay & fuel pump. I am getting 12 volts to the relay, but it drops when cranking.
If I put 12 volts to the pump it is noisy and floods the carburetor. I unplugged the ground wire going to the pump and grounded the wire to the pump to the engine, Still only 5.3 volts so I know it's not a ground issue.
Would the ignitor at the file will be sending a weak signal,
The engine will start and run using starting fluid and will continue to run as long as I keep spraying fluid in it.
Any help is appreciated

I have a 2510 mule and very similar looking gas tank arrangement, the one that you just repaired. I am unable to move more than a tiny bit of air backwards through the fuel pick up tube that exits the top of the tank.
