Default 2002 Prarie 650 question

I picked up a 2002 Prarie 650 low miles/hours in exc. cond. recently I began to notice a leakage spot on the garage floor. When I looked under the machine, I could see a hose under the brush guard that lined up perfectly w/one of the holes in the guard. Kind of like a drainage hose. When I took the guard off, I could see 2 hoses located under the machine by the left foot peg(if your sitting on it). One is up into the quad a little, and the other hangs down a little and is the one that tends to drain after a ride. The liquid does not smell of gas, but rather resembels oil. Anybody have any kind of explanation for me? It seems as if they are there by design, but there is nothing I can find in the manual.

Have you changed or added oil recently? Is it over full, blowing back through the air cleaner then hitting the main drain hose.
