i think im going to try something this year... you know the carbon fiber vinyl sheets? i think im gonna try to do my plastics in that... not sure how hard it would be due to the contours and stuff but i think it would look pretty cool.. then paint my wheels black or somethin

Follow the lines from the shut off valve and remove the valve as well. Just remove the hose from the shutoff valve leading to the fuel pump. There should be 2, 1 for the main and 1 for the reserve.
There are vent tubes and an overflow for when you over fill the tank it will drain the fuel to the bottom of the bike and not allow it to flow over the engine. Thos can just be unplugged and no fuel should come out. You may have some running to the emissions canister but it should be all vapor as well.
This is easy maintenance bro, just think of it as having fun and learning about your bike. Or you could just drop it off at the stealershing and 150 buck but where is the fun in that.

BTW if that is a picture of your bike with all the plastic, seat and tank removed ignor my post. lol

ok bro the filler is called poly-flex it's made by evercoat.... it's the stuff thats used to repair plastic bumpers... not too sure where you can get it there but if you go to body shop and ask, i'm sure they could point you to the right direction..... good luck bro...
