1984 Kawasaki LTD 700

I'm having some problems with my Kawasaki LTD 700. The neutral light isn't coming on and it won't start. Could this be a neutral safety switch? If so where is it located?

27010-1094 is the clutch switch, 27010-1164 sidestand switch. Check both for debris and actuation/connection. Good luck

Edit: btw even if the neutral switch is gone it should still start with the clutch in, so I would start with the clutch switch if I were you.
