I'm used to working on cars, and I'm going to school for mechanical engineering so I'm good at working with things... But I'm a little new working on fancy crotch rockets... So how do I check the pressure and what are these screens that I should be checking?

 

no worries. Generally all pumps will have a prescreen normally. Fuel systems should have a filter somewhere as well. Nothing "fancy" of course.
