Cash talks no matter where you are located. You also want a dealership that will work with you and not get offended with some haggling. It can be a win-win situation for both parties involved. Stay with what you are comfortable with and stick with it..

Did you know Costco has special pricing on Kawasaki's plus a $250 rebate? I actually used that as my base price to pit dealers against each other.
