Riding w/o an endorsement?

Here in Florida it's the same as driving without a license, even if you have a car license.

2nd degree misdemeanor and a night in jail or something like that.

In most cases, the judge will drop it if you agree to go get your license within a certain time frame, but not always.

It depends on what state you live in. I think in Washington state, (deej back me up here.) a new law passed which states that your bike WILL be impounded if you are stopped without having a motorcycle endorsement. (By will, I mean MANDATORY, no ifs or buts about it.) I think in all 50 states an officer can use his/her judgment whether or not to impound your bike and give you a ticket.

Bottom line, get your endorsement and you won't have to worry about what might happen if you get stopped.
That's the way I heard it.

Just get the license it's going to cost you alot more money for tickits and fines and impound fees then it well ever cost you for you license and alot less time
