in lincoln it was crazy yesterday. i was driving to wrestling practice and i maybe could see thirty feet infront of me with my wipers flipping as fast as they could. it was rediculous. at our school parking lot we had a puddle at the bottom that turn out to be a small pond . my friend drove threw it in his parents yukon denali and the water shot out up over his suv is was awesome. just a little update from L-town.
p.s. ive never seen it rain harder in my life

That sounds like my Daytona experience in '91......on a bike......on the interstate.

I hope Deej doesn't read this, but if I end up getting stationed anywhere where it snows a lot, I'll have to break down and get a KLX.

I will never go to the darkside. However, if I was ever put into that situation, it would be either get a dual sport to ride in the winter, or don't ride in the winter. On military installations, plowing the roads usually takes a while. The fact that they aren't real bikes doesn't make them any less useful.

Besides, don't get too excited Deej... Your whole motor is as big as one cylinder of my wife's bike.

You say that like it's an insult. I prefer riding on the smooth stuff anyway. Much nicer ride. More comfortable too.
