Oil choise. Issue solved.
10-40 vs. 15-50.
The first one may be to "little" for summer temps. The second one may be to "thick" for cooler temps.
Solution?
Repsol 10-50 Racing - fully synthetic.
It may be more expensive ($40 for a gallon), but for $60 a year (two changes at $30 difference) I don't have to think to much about this. Cheers!
BTW. I have an '06 Ninja 636

That is my slicker of choice.
I get it from the closest shop to me though, a suzuki dealer, and I have a sales guy try and talk me out of what I've got every time. Makes me wanna buy a case of the stuff online just cause of that.
Anyway, that stuff shifts like silk!
