Default Missing spark on one side, swapped coils and issue stayed

Hi guys. I have a Ninja 250 missing spark on the left cylinder.

I took a multi-meter with an inductive pickup and tach setting to compare the two sides. The left side is putting down a very bouncy 1/3 of what the right side is putting out at 6500rpm. I swapped the coils between the sides and the issue remained on the left side.

The spark plugs are brand new, just installed them prior to my last 30 mile ride to check them for color. I verified 12 volts at the left coil while the ignition is in the ON position without the engine running.

Suggestions on what I can check? Is there a wiring diagram available for my 2000 Ninja 250 so I might be able to track this down?.. I don't know what is between the coil trigger wire and the crank sensor.

Thanks in advance!

question: Are the plug wires built into the coils on this model?
