oh man, that sucks. I guess fortunes are down for everyone, and they need to adjust. I'd love to be a racer and make millions, but a much more modest (in comparision) hundred grand or so a year would be better.

 

Bugger. Problem is that Kaw just don't only do bikes.

Like everyone else said it isn't surprising that everyone is pulling out of motorsports. It's got to be way to expensive to build and repair bikes or cars in that matter for racing all year long.
But in my book that does suck big time. Now what am i going to do for escaping to watch the races if there isn't any anymore

 

It looks like this is a bad story, it is not confirmed, and Melandri contradicted it. If it did happen I wouldn't be very sad anyway, we (kaw) are awful in GP. I have never seen a podium and I watch almost every race during the season on speed. They should stick to AMA and let Hayden do his thing if he is healthy this year. As for Hopkins, he never won much before anyway, so why did anyone expect him to win on a bike that always finishes in last place? My last question is one that I ask myself many, many times during the season....why are we soooo awful at this? It seems simple, make your bike fast, get a good rider, put them together....success. WTF?
