Kawasaki vn900
Evening all,
I recently bought a 2011 (fuel injection) vn900, on the way home from collecting sat at 65/70 on the motorway the bike started to splutter and lose power. Dropping a gear helped briefly but eventually I had to keep stopping and then it would let me build up some speed but only upto around 50mph. This happens with throttle between half and full open
It's been with a mechanic for a week and he's yet to find an issue. On the way to the garage it would bog down sat at around 30mph. Has anyone else had this issue and found the fault?
Bike was sat quite a while prior to me buying it, it's been topped up with fresh fuel and injector cleaner. Bike also had v&h straight through exhaust on.
