Stage 1 upgrade to 2005 Vulcan 2000

Stage 1 upgrade to 2005 Vulcan 2000
Installed Baron Big Air kit, Cobra pipes and a Fi2000 injection module. Factory setting on the module is 3-5-0. Did not like that, backfire on acell shift. Anybody out there who has done this have a better starting point?
