excellent cusomer service from Muzzy!
My 93' 250EX had come equipped with a full Muzzy exhaust. The bike had been dumped 3 times so the canister was quite beat up. I started sanding the canister and was able to get most of the scratches out, followed by a buffing using Noxin I was able to get it back to a mirror finish. The only problem was the Muzzy tag that is riveted on the side of the canister was way beyond fixing. I pulled the tag off and called Muzzy. I was informed that I could purchase a new tag from the website. I was thrilled. I checked the site only to find that the new tag was $5 and the shipping was $15. WTF so I called Curt at Muzzy and told him I didn't think $15 for shipping was reasonable. He was able to hook me up with shipping for $1. I wanted to let you guys know that the customer service at Muzzy's is top notch and they are willing to work with you. That is all. Sorry for the story.
Cliff notes: Needed new Muzzy tag, didn't want to pay $15 shipping for a $5 part, called Curt @ Muzzy, he hooked me up with shipping for $1.
+1 when i wanted just the midpipe and headers off of their full exhaust, they emailed me back within hours. Answered every question i had.(which was alot)I never did buy it, but wouldnt have a problem buying from them in the future.
Same here. I had a bunch of questions about repacking and I can't remember who I talked to but they were very patient and helpful and I bought a repack kit over the phone which included everything you need including the rivots. Good stuff!
