great info. Thanks. Yeah, I've locked the front wheel a few times and fell off exactly as you have described. Hark, my hubby is about ready to call me Crash. Got my permit today, missed 3 on the test. I hope to get some riding in this weekend, hopefully in the morning before the rest of the world gets up. thanks again for the tips. got anymore, I'll read em!

I'll tell you what should not be happening...Is old farts taking the test on a 150cc walk through scooter and then hitting the streets on a Gold Wing. That's just stupid. They should also require a test for anyone who is going to drive a 40 ft motor-home.

Can't do that over here. You need another test for the 40 ft motor home as well.
