Might try Sargent, Corbin (they still in business?), or look in Dennis Kirk or do a Google for Metric cruiser bike parts.

nada none make seats for the 500 thanks though. Guess it's time to break out the saw and DIY it.

"Mustang" make a seat? Gotta be someone!! Try Ron Ayre Motorsports. Will another model vulcan seat fit?

What was the company that a few of the guys with the klx used to make their seats??? (waiting for a few klx'rs to answer). Do a search in the klx 250 section livigndead. Pretty sure it was just the foam shaping and new skins and not the plastic alterations on the seat. Speaking of that, most upholstery shops can foam and skin up your frame work that you fabricate.

Try Renazco.com. They make custom seats. You're probably looking at about $350 bucks. They build mostly dual sport seats, but they might be willing to think outside the box. Also try Corbin. If you send them your seat pan, they might also be willing. CALL them; find out what's possible. (Might also call Mustang.)
