haha man, i HUZZED my helmet at a tarus, walls, the ground (more times than i can count), whatever im riding at the time, people, windshields etc... and im not dead yet, you should be fine with a scrape

i completely agree with jacked. with the more expensive helmets all you are getting is a better fit, airflow and nicer colours. i'd grab a new one and make sure it's SNELL approved. my $0.02

From the sounds of it bothers you pretty bad, If your that nervous about it Go ahead and buy a new one, I personally would wear that one. But its your piece of mind that counts. your the one wearing it.[8D]
