I thought this was a good link for adjusting your valves on a ZX9R Sport bike. It shows pictures of removing hardware and adjusting the valves, quite detailed.
Not sure if it's complete - but it's pretty close. It will give you good detailed instructions on the procedure and you should be able to complete the process of re-installing by following the teardown instructions in reverse order.

I did find calamari chris's site to be helpfull...
BUT ITS MISSING ALOT OF IMPORTANT INFORMATION
THEREFORE DONT FOLLOW CHRIS"S PROCEDURE IF YOUVE NEVER DONE THIS BEFORE!!!
I will start a new thread for ZX9's and zx6's valve adjustments.. it should also apply to the zx10 wich uses the same motor
