Hi folks new to this site my name is rich I have a 1996 Kawasaki Vulcan vn1500c that I want to put the cobra 4165sc slipons on. the bike has this thing on it that my buddy refers to as a goats bladder does this come off to use these pipes because I would like to get rid of it. any help would be great.
