Clutch issues on 2002 1500 Vulcan Classic

Clutch issues on 2002 1500 Vulcan Classic
I just put new springs and Judge washers in my bike, the clutch was slipping.
Now the clutch will not disengage at all. I know everything is in the correct order and direction, but yet I am missing something. Any suggestions? I have broke it down several times with the same results.
