I have a 09 Vulcan 900 pipes and a power commander is over a $1000.00, I just want some sound out of my bike all the video's out there on debaffling never mention the performance of the bike after they debaffled it! Has anyone here done it to there bike ? did it run right after ? Thanks.

I could probably help if it was carburetors; ECU-EFI is not my bag.
Good luck!

From what I read online that the pipes get hotter and there is a vibration in the handlebars this tells me the motor is running to lean, and the leaner the air to fuel mixture the hotter the motor gets and pistons are just aluminum and could melt after time.

Also there is no O2 sensor on my bike so the computer can't adjust the air to fuel mixture.

I dont know if its availible on the vulcan but you can look into a juicebox. usually cheaper than a PC, but i dont think it has as many tuning options.
