I was wondering if you can use the ninja 500 after market exhausts makes pipe for the 500 LTD.

 

hmm, good question. they both have the same bore and stroke.

 

I know there not made to fit on the 500LTD, but i can make a good mount of somekind, but i dont know if that type of exhaust wound hurt the motor for this bike. I call Kawasaki up but i just got passed around for about 45mins to diffrent people but they couldnt help me =( . Does anyone know if the pipes are the same size?

 

I'm pretty sure they'll fit to the engine and will be pretty close at the mounting locations. The problem you will run into is interference with the shocks. The Ninja exhaust is angled higher and looks like it'll cross over right where the Vulcan shocks are.
