Default Vulcan Vaquero starting problems

Having problems starting my 2013 Vulcan Vaquero. I turn the key, wait for it to cycle thru the startup process and then hit the start button. It seems to have plenty of juice in the battery because it turns over fast enough but it wont start. I have to do this process 3-4 times before it starts. I have tried to hold the throttle barely on, to see if it makes a difference. I have tried turning the key off again and back on and also have tried to just hit the start button, same results. Must mention that its in an unheated garage and temp is around zero. I previously had a 2005 Vulcan Nomad 1600, and did not have this problem, in cold weather. Any ideas?
