Exclamation 99 Drifter 1500 excessive engine vibration

Hello everyone, I have a 1999 Drifter 1500 with 17,000 miles. I recently noticed a terrible vibration when riding. I seems to start after the engine gets warmed up. When cruising down the road I can pull the clutch in and the vibration stops completely. I'm thinking if the vibration was caused by the tires or rims it would continue to vibrate even when the clutch pulled in. I have been doing some online searching but haven't found anyone with the same problem. A friend who is pretty knowledgeable with vehicles said it could be the rubber engine balancers inside the engine. I have checked all the engine mounts and as far as I can tell they look fine. The rubbers on the mounts are not dry rotted and none of them are loose. I pray it's something simple that doesn't require a engine teardown. Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same problem on my Kawasaki Vulcan Nomad 1500 it end up being the bevel gear being wore out and sending a vibration through the motor
