zzr600 big bore
just wondering if anyone has put a big bore kit in their bike, if so how does it work and what was the cost of the labor... i'd like to get a general idea before diving head first into this. here are the places i've found that carry these kits. i'm not gonna do it myself obviously
there is a pretty good shop about an hour for me that friends have had put big bores in 4-wheelers

any thoughts?

well i should have the money saved for the kit by the end of the month and i found a place to regrind cams to, so i think i wanna do it... theres just something about getting more from less that appeals to me. you have pretty much the same stuff done to your bike as me so you know how it feels to pull away from a stock super sport 600s, and some modified ones.... but you also know that you can reach a point where no more bolt-on's are available. i dont want a turbo since the idea of a piston going through the tank doesnt sound fun. my buddies say buy a bigger bike too....( i pay $25 a month for full coverage, but my insurance company won't cover 750's or 1000s) ha ha ha i guess i just like doing things the hard and expensive way.

i had to order it through the local polaris dealer they are the only ones in town who order from the "dennis kirk company" i think it was around $50. make them look under the 00-02 zx6 they make it dont take NO for an answer. they tried to tell me they didnt make it and i had to show them in the cataloge.
