The first 5 minutes after work are the best!
Right across the road from work is a nice trail system. I try and hit it everyday after work.
Some days I'm faster than others. This day I turned off the trail early and found a short cut avoiding a series of bad water bars.
I also got the GoPro caught on a branch and blew getting through the little mudhole.
The first five minutes after work really help lower the blood pressure and make work problems disappear.

The trails are very cool, old grown in logging roads. The same trail network that goes to the pond, also goes to multiple hill or cliff top lookouts. Not all as friendly as these trails seem to be.
The tires are both in serious need of replacement. Outside ***** yes, the rest are approaching the tire carcass. Tires are on order.
As to getting stuck, the wheel got stuck in a V formed by a rock and a branch...and the branch grabbing my helmet caused the momentum loss and thus getting stuck...***** might have helped once I was stuck in the V.
That mud isn't deep but it is thick and slick. I often come out of the hole with the rear end way out of place. I just keep on the throttle until I get out or come to a stop.
