3rd slips

i've been rebuilding 1997 vulcan 8ooa that was in garage fire nothing seriously hurt lots of cosmetics and wiring .anyway just about done with it and took it on a short ride it slips in 3rd gear not any others ; any suggestions??

welcome to KF. adjustments on cables is fine? what kinda oil you useing?
