ZZR Questions Part II

ZZR Questions Part II
Well I put a good 1500 miles on my ZZR already, it still seems to be riding fine...
But I got some more questions.
Does your guy's frame get really hot? Like I mean damn hot like the top of a oven.
And I can't figure out what the hell this loud *** clicking noise is, I heard the stock headers have a valve flap of some sort that makes noise, but nothing can be THIS loud or annoying.
And as far as power or wheelies go, do any of you guys ever do anything?
I can be in 1st gear and floor it and my front wont lift up, it will just take off really fast.. 2nd gear is a dog and does bassically almost the same thing.
I have to actually rev up to around 9k and drop the clutch to get the front end to lift up, but then I have to let right off it.
I don't know, but I'm just real paranoid.

RE: ZZR Questions Part II
-Where does the frame get hot?
-Clicking noise....not on mine, you might need to look into that one.
- Try this...in first gear take off and get the revs up to 9 or so...let off the throttle and twist it back again quickly, the front should pop right up, BE CAREFUL PLEASE. It may take a little more if your bike is stock, but mine comes up easily, I don't remember how it was before the mods. Good luck and come back with more information about the hot frame.

The frame gets real hot by might legs, just under the gas tank.
Usually when I'm in traffic it runs around 210 - 218.
As far as the clicking noise, I can't figure it out, it sounds as if there is a piece of plastic hanging somewhere and flapping in the air hiting something, it does while the bike is just standing still, or riding.
