I am installing some zx9r cams into my 2003 Z1000 and the mechanic is wanting to know how to get around the cam sensor. The stock cams obviously have a mark to set them to but I guess the zx9r cams are marked differently or they do not have one. Does anyone have info on how to set them? I also need to know if anyone makes an aftermarket valve spring for the z1000. I bought the inner zx9r valve springs but they do not fit inside the z1000 valve springs. I was told pm valve makes them but cannot find info on them. I would appreciate if anyone can help me out with this. Thanks.
