bike: 92 ZX6D stock, been neglected, picked it up thurs night, went to the track fri night,
1st run .511 r/t 13.8 @ 100
2nd run 1.0 r/t13.7 @ 101

with a very badly slipping clutch both time, lit up the rear through 1st on the 1st run.
felt like an automatic. rpm stayed at 13,500 the whole time exepct the start, hit 8k and it slips.

was my first pass ever on a bike. and 4th pass overall at a strip, (prev 3 was in a lil nissan240sx)

last bike was a 95 ZX6E jetted,slip-on,K&N, and well maintained
had it to 135-140 on hwy once or twice usually 100-110 tops.

almost always obey the speed limits tho, im a very casual SB rider.

btw i went with my bro inlaw,
he has a 08 buel 1125cc stock and new.
his first ever passes too.
1st 13.5 @85 let off after 1/8th
2nd 12.5 @117 shifting at 6k lol. bike redlines at 10,5

neither of us pulled the wheel up btw. i had fun that 1st launch, staged at 5-6k center of lane,(wont do that again!)
2nd time staged at 4k left of lane in the sticky stuff. no spin. just layed over the tank.

hope to go back, found out the clutch was just replaced but oil was a bit low, and clutch was way out of adjustment. tes rode sat night in the PB bout 9-12k and no slip in 2nd.
but got to do some maintnence first!
