I weigh 218 running the stock 630 gears launching at 4600 rpm's. I'm trying to locate some place that sells the versah fiber clutches but am having not luck locating any place. You know of a website dealer that sells them? Sure would like to see if they make a clutch for the 14 before these Barnetts get in.

I have an 04 636 it has a power commander, bmc air filter, u-4 race fuel 14 45 gears and a 18 inch strait pipe bolted to the stock header and I went 9.75 at 135 with a 1.46 60 ft went 9.22 at 148 on spray you need to get rid of that bar put stock clutch back in and gear it 14 45 you will go thru all 6 gears and be at the redline when you cross the line put a power comander on there you are loosing power with what you have done But do your self a favor and get rid of the wheelie bar that thing is slowing you down you can do that same 60 ft with out it just need to learn how to ride not trying to be mean Just trying to help you go faster I got over 500 passes on my bike but make the changes and you will go faster I run the ebc kevlar fibers and stock steels everything else is junk after 500 passes needed to replace the steels fibers still good If you are on the stock gears thats mostly what tearing your clutch up way to tall go with the 14 45 and you will save on your clutch life

Like seasez636 said get the stock clutch...my husband also drag races a 636 and he is just now having to replace the clutch after 30,000 miles. This is his daily rider and he drag races it. OEM clutches on this bike almost seem bulletproof.
