She doesn't seem any more ditzy than others her age who have no practical responsibility or experience beyond getting out of bed in the morning and being "attractive." (Applies equally to males, too.) No worse than Paris Hilton or most celebs on the Entertainment TV shows.
What intrigues me, is that so many of these narcissistic people (with defective dorsal lateral prefrontal cortex's) get paid the money they do. It's the people with actual money and brains who patronize these goofs who scare me.
