I forget what year it was for, but that Ninja sticker on the sidepanel was stock for the ZX7. I think they only did it for a year or two and that hard red is one of the colors it was on.
If the bike was the deep wine red of the 93 and 95 with the black frame, then I would say leave the stickers off, as that is a gorgeous red that deserves to be displayed
I would also ditch the ZX9/636 mirrors. They do not work with that bike, at all. The ZX7 mirrors look and work much better... I went so far as to put ZX7 mirrors on my ZX9 when I got it.

The paint is factory candy red with three stages if using color right...and yes it is a factory color in 1999,,the large ninja decal is a 2003 i think
