Ok I too thought this was a pepsi commercial. It's definitely from the movie torque. This was from the same genius who put racing glass on dirtbikes so you can see the Y2K jump through a wall.

Don't believe me? notice everyone's "streetbike" wheels get skinny and knobby all the sudden when they jump or go offroad.
