thats crazy, could you sue them? i doubt it. but you can sue anyone for anything these days.

ouch!... it was weird how it push the tank up for a split second without blowing it up. one nice bonus though... if it did puncture his arm the wound was probably cauterized immediately...

dam that was nuts. Can't sue because he is racing and fully understands the responsibility of his actions: just like if the tire blew 1/2 down the track you could not sue the tire manufacture.

i feel bad for that dude, not only did it have to hurt like crazy but he dropped his bike [&:]
