Finally washed my bike (+ New windscreen & Corbin seat)
So I've been going back/forth to where my mom lives for a while, and there's a long gravel/dirt road that leads up to it, so I've been putting off washing my bike for some time. Today I came home and gave her the attention she deserves... Not to bad even if I do say so myself...
I've added a ZG Double-Bubble Smoked windscreen, and a Corbin saddle, for those long rides. I'm in love all over again. The jury is still out on the corbin saddle, it definately feels like you're sitting IN the seat instead of ON it like the stock seat, and does provide some more support. It also has some more room for the boys, and due to the shape, they tend not to get crushed into the tank as much if I don't grip with my legs as tight as I should.
Standing in traffic is more uncomfortable, as the front of the seat is wider, but I try not to do that much anyway. I can still shift my weight around side to side just as well (even hanging off some), but front-to-back is more limited as it feels like a bucket. The bucket does help on hard acceleration though, as again I don't feel the need to grip on as tight w/my legs... It's a bit harder, and I can feel the road/vibes a little more, but I'm told it needs a little time to break in as well... so I'll report back later.

check into those gregs customs or something like that, i think they make those flush mount leds for your bike, anything else just hack it up !!

Yeah, I saw a bike that had some gregg's ... It would be fitting... I could just say I have some Gerg's. Only problem is I still care about visibility.. you can't see the Greg's well/at all from the front, so I've been looking into some other options. Also looking at getting rid of that nasty rear fender...
